Freedom has no choice but to accept to be judged, otherwise it could not be constituted as freedom, but precisely its opposite: necessity. I can be a judge if I am subject to the law, to which I obtain already formulated or derived from my created nature.
Itinerary

In the teaching of Roman Law, it seemed natural to me to explain the jurists' form of aporetic argumentation as a self-evident notion of legal reasoning, but it was perceived as a method out of use due to (apodictic) rationalism. Studying Paul Vaslavik's Theory of Human Communication and delving deeper into epistemology, I come to seriously wonder whether it is possible to speak of law as a science. I come to the studies on topicality and Jurisprudence of Theodor Viehweg and advancing in pragmatics I enter studies on the dispersion of sources of legal ideas to question their relationship with law, justice, and ethics. Finding suggestive criticisms that were developed at the end of the twentieth century at the University of Helsinky by several authors (Ari Hirvonen and Panu Minkkinen) to arrive at the role of the jurist who, with a direct and intelligent language, proposes order and improvement of what exists so that it is consistent with the expected normality, it means what is already going well.
